Senior Management

Kyle Pennington was named President of Bristol Metals, LLC in June 2011. He was President of Brismet Pipe Division from September 2009 to June 2011 and served as Vice President of Manufacturing, Bristol Metals from December 2007 through September 2009. Prior to joining Bristol Metals in 2007, Mr. Pennington worked 17 years in the metals industry including 12 years’ experience in executive management and service on the Board of Directors of Texas & Northern Industries, a Lone Star Steel subsidiary. He received his B.S. in Business Management degree from the University of Tennessee.

John Tidlow joined Bristol Metals, LLC in October 2001. He has worked as VP of Marketing and Planning as well as VP of Purchasing during his tenure before taking over his current role in 2010. He received his B.A. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Villanova University.

In September of 2011, Mark joined the Synalloy organization as the Vice President of Fabrication Sales and Marketing after spending 17 years with Victaulic.  During his tenure at Victaulic, Mark held the positions of Eastern United States Industrial Manager, Power Market Manager, Business Development Manager and Sales Representative Mark possess a B.S. Degree in Business Education/Marketing with an English minor from Bloomsburg University.  He currently resides in the Philadelphia area with his wife and two children.

In 2011 Michael Barry was named Director of Fabrication Operations and is responsible for the Bristol, TN and Crossett, AK fabrication facilities. He was Plant Manager of BristolFab from April 2010 to June 2011. Prior to joining Bristol Metals in 2010, Mr. Barry worked 17 years in the metals industry in both technical and management roles and 4 years in the flat glass industry. He is a licensed Mechanical Engineer with his degree from the University of Tennessee and a Masters degree in Management from Antioch University.

Barry Newberry joined Bristol Metals, LLC in September 1996.  He has worked throughout the organization from inside sales to purchasing.  He received his B.B. A. in Accounting from East Tennessee State University.

James Hertz joined Bristol Metals, LLC in June of 2011.  Prior to joining Bristol Metals, Mr. Hertz had accrued 16 years of experience as a corporate controller with manufacturing companies in North Carolina.  He received his B.A. in Accounting from Ursinus College in Collegeville, PA.

Josh Ringley began his professional career at Bristol Metals, LLC in April of 2002 after receiving his B.S. in Industrial Engineering Technology from East Tennessee State University.  Before taking on his current role in 2011, he served as an Industrial Engineer, Production Superintendent, and Manager of Production Control and Shipping.

Carolyn Webb began her career in fabrication at Bristol Fab as an administrative assistant in 1969.  She has been the Director of Customer Service since 1977 and has more than 40 years of experience in scheduling and logistics and works closely with customers.  Carolyn has hands-on experience and extensive knowledge of the pipe fabrication process that is required to meet our customers unique project requirements.

Mark Randall began his fabrication career at BristolFab in 1975 as a draftsman. Mark has been the Director of Estimating and Engineering since 1991. With over 36 years of experience in the pipe fabrication industry, Mark has extensive knowledge of ASTM & ASME fabrication codes and the fabrication process, as well as the experience to add engineering value to your project.
